The location of this hotel was great, right on the main road and easily accessible. the rooms were surprisingly good, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The personalized service was a nice touch and the staff made an effort to provide anything we needed.
There were several negative aspects that marred our experience. The lack of hot water in the morning was also a major inconvenience, and the staff's solution of providing a bucket of hot water was not ideal.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great experience. the room was spacious and cozy with all the necessary amenities provided. the location was perfect, walking distance from all the main attractions and shopping centers. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had.
Despite the great experience, there were a few downsides. the room was not cleaned to satisfactory standards upon our arrival, with stains on the bed sheets and towels.
